Everything you need to know about shopping at the "Baltas Miškas" e-shop.
PAYMENT
Paying for your selected items at www.baltasmiskas.lt is safe and simple. You can pay via credit/debit card, PayPal, Paysera, Mokėjimai.lt, cash to the courier, or by card upon picking up your parcel at a terminal.
DELIVERY IN LITHUANIA
- Delivery is FREE for orders over 150 EUR. Delivery takes 1–3 working days via OMNIVA courier or pickup at your chosen OMNIVA terminal.
- If the order total does not exceed 150 EUR, delivery costs 6 EUR via OMNIVA courier or 3 EUR via OMNIVA terminal.
- Pick up yourself! You can collect all orders for free at the "Baltas Miškas" boutique: Raugyklos g. 6, Vilnius. Opening hours: Mon–Fri 11:00–19:00, Sat 11:00–16:00.
- Delivery to bus stations throughout Lithuania.
- Delivery via Bolt courier (in Vilnius).

Write to us – we will help you choose and, if needed, measure the specific garment in centimeters.If you would like to see the products in person, we invite you to visit the "Baltas Miškas" boutique. Here you can try on clothes, compare options, discover news in our pop-up zones, and purchase items on the spot by paying in cash or by card.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
- Delivery is FREE when the order total exceeds 200 EUR.
- If the order total is less than 200 EUR: 15 EUR to EU countries and 19 EUR to the rest of the world.
- We ship within 1–3 working days. Depending on the country, the shipment will arrive within two weeks.
Important: shipments outside the EU may be subject to additional import duties/taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer according to local laws.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Wrong size? Notify us at 069311260 as soon as you receive your order – we will arrange an exchange or return.
- You can return items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
- How to return? Bring it to our boutique in Vilnius or send it via OMNIVA terminal (Address: Vilnius IKI Raugyklos g. terminal).
- Please inform us via email at [email protected] before sending the item.
- The item must be unused, undamaged, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
- We undertake to refund the money to your account within 14 working days after the item is received and inspected.
- Shipping costs for returning a quality item are covered by the buyer.
